管道水培生菜育苗基质筛选研究

- 对管道水培生菜的6种育苗基质,即复合基质(泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1)、陶粒、蛭石、珍珠岩、花泥、滤纸的育苗效果进行了比较研究。结果表明:6个处理的出苗率都较高,均在97%以上,但是花泥和滤纸出苗速度较慢。生菜苗期不同阶段的形态指标(幼苗株高、幼苗地上部鲜重、干重、地下部鲜重、干重等)以选用复合基质育苗效果均表现最佳,其次为陶粒、蛭石,花泥与珍珠岩效果接近,滤纸效果最差;而幼苗根系长度以选用蛭石进行育苗效果最佳,滤纸、复合基质、陶粒次之,花泥的育苗效果与珍珠岩接近。生菜苗期不同阶段的生理指标(叶绿素含量)以选用花泥表现效果最佳,复合基质次之,滤纸最差;而根系活力则以陶粒表现最佳,复合基质与滤纸次之,珍珠岩最差。不同基质育苗经过管道水培后,植株高度、地上部鲜重、干重等方面,选用蛭石均表现最佳,复合基质次之,花泥表现最差。综合来看,在该试验中,复合基质效果最好,其次为蛭石。但从育苗成本和可操作性综合来看,蛭石作为生菜育苗基质更为适合。
