摘要:
以麒麟紫葳嫩茎段为外植体，研究了不同消毒方式和不同培养基对麒麟紫葳一步成苗离体培养的影响。结果表明：麒麟紫葳一步成苗离体培养的外植体材料选用0.05% HgCl22 min+0.05% HgCl2 5 min处理的消毒效果最佳，在培养基1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L中一步成苗率最高。
Abstract:
Taking the stem segments of Radermachera sinica as material，the influence of different disinfection and different medium on the effect of one-step-seedling formation in vitro culture were studied.The results showed that the disinfection effect of explants in the medium of 0.05% HgCl2 2 min+0.05% HgCl2 5 min in one-step seedling formation in vitro culture of Radermachera sinica was the best，the seedling rate of explants in the medium of 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L was the best.
