- 以“四季香菜”为试材,以基质栽培香菜为对照,采用无土气雾式栽培方法,研究了气雾栽培对香菜品质的影响。结果表明:气雾栽培条件下的香菜维生素C含量为70.7 mg/100g,较基质栽培的香菜维生素C含量(37.8 mg/100g)有显著提高;气雾培香菜,矿质元素硒的含量为0.021 mg/g,较基质培香菜硒含量(0.010 mg/g)有显著提高;气雾培香菜氨基酸含量较基质栽培的香菜略有提高,但差异不显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking Coriandrum sativum L. as materials,the effect of aeroponics on the quality of Coriandrum sativum were studied using aeroponics method.The results showed that the content of vitamin C in coriander of aeroponics was 70.7 mg/100g,remarkably higher than substrate cultivation(37.8 mg/100g);contents of mineral elements Se 0.021 mg/g were remarkably higher than substrate cultivation(0.010 mg/g).Although content of amino acid was higher than substrate cultivation,there was no significant difference.
