- 近年来，云南省各地积极发展核桃产业，极大地促进了当地经济的发展。大姚县三台乡作为重要的核桃生产之乡，其产业发展对于其它地区的发展具有重要的示范作用。现以云南省大姚县三台乡核桃产业的发展现状为切入点，深刻剖析其在发展过程中存在的问题，结合统计年鉴、网络资源以及调研访谈等数据，明确核桃产业发展中存在的诸如生产过程缺乏技术管理、销售渠道不通畅、深加工企业规模小等问题，并从政府、品牌、科技等方面提出了核桃产业发展对策，以期为进一步提升云南省核桃产业发展竞争力提供理论支持。
- Abstract:
- Recent years,Yunnan Province developed the walnut industry positively,which greatly promoted the development of the local economy.Santai township as an important walnut production township its development of the industry has an important demonstration role for the development of other regions.This study taking Santai township walnut industry development status as the starting point,a profound analysis of the existing problems in the development process,combined with the Statistical Yearbook,network resources,as well as research interviews based on data were done to clear the problems in the production process,such as the walnut industry development lack of technical management,sales channel was not smooth,the scale of deep processing company was small,and other issues.From the government,brand,technology and other aspects,the walnut industry development strategies were put forward in order to provide theoretical support to further enhance the development of Yunnan walnut industry competitiveness.
