- 为研究土壤因子与金槐槐米有效成分含量之间的相关性,测定了金槐槐米中有效成分含量,分析了相应土壤养分的含量,并对所得数据进行了相关性分析。结果表明:槐米中芦丁含量的最大影响因子是土壤全钾,呈显著的正相关,决定系数R2为0.609,其次为土壤水解氮,土壤全钾与土壤水解氮呈负相关;影响槐米中总黄酮含量的主导因子是土壤有效磷和土壤有机质,决定系数R2为0.650,总黄酮的含量与土壤有效磷呈显著负相关,与土壤有机质呈正相关。
- Abstract:
- In order to analyze the correlation between soil factor and active components of Flos sophorae,the active components of Flos sophorae were measureted and the contents of nutrition in soil were determined,then analyzed by correlation analysis.The results showed that soil total kalium was the most important factor that effected the content of rutin in Flos sophorae,significant positive correlation,coefficient of determination R2 was 0.609,followed by soil hydrolysable nitrogen,negative hydrolysis of nitrogen in soil and soil potassium;effects of content of total flavone in Flos sophorae were the dominant factor of soil available phosphorus and organic matter in soil,coefficient of determination R2 was 0.650,total flavonoids content was significantly negatively correlated with soil available phosphorus,organic matter and soil were positively correlated.
