- 以‘火尾’抱茎桃叶蓼、矢羽芒、‘雪冠’假龙头等13种宿根花卉种子为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,研究测定了不同浓度NaCl(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%、1.4%、1.6%)胁迫下各品种种子相对发芽率、根长、简易活力指数的变化,综合3项指标采用隶属函数法对13种宿根花卉进行了耐盐性评价。结果表明:13种宿根花卉的耐盐性依次为‘火尾’抱茎桃叶蓼>矢羽芒>金鸡菊>大花秋葵> ‘雪冠’假龙头>‘紫色穹顶’翠菀>‘红辣椒’千叶蓍>‘夏日美酒’千叶蓍>‘粉色幻想’中国落新妇>蜀葵>‘金色风暴’全缘叶金光菊>‘紫色光环’大卫落新妇>紫花地丁。

- Thirteen kinds of flowers Persicaria amplexicaulis ‘Firetail’,Miscanthus sinensis var.purpurea,Physostegia virginiana ‘Crown of Snow’ and so on a randomized block design with three replicates in the experiment were adopted,the strength of salt tolerance(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%,1.4%,1.6%) of different perennial flowers were studied and compared,and the relative germination percentage,root length,simply vigour index were measured,to determ salt tolerance of the plants,using membership function method.The results showed that the order of salt tolerance of thirteen flowers was Persicaria amplexicaulis ‘Firetail’> Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurea> Coreopsis basalis> Hibiscus grandiflorus> Physostegia virginiana ‘Crown of Snow’> Aster dumosus ‘Purple Dome’> Achillea millefolium ‘Paprika’> Achillea millefolium ‘Summerwine’> Astilbe chinensis ‘Visions in Pink’> Althaea rosea> Rudbeckia fulgida ‘Goldsturm’> Astilbe ×arendsii ‘Gloria Purpurea’> Viola philippica Car.
