- 于2012年10月在广西农业科学院蔬菜研究所中试基地,以经田间自然发病和苗期接种鉴定而来的抗病自交系“806”和感病自交系“810”为材料,配组杂交和F1代自交,获得正反交F1和F2种子,然后采用苗期接种鉴定法同时调查亲本、正反交F1、F2的发病情况,最后利用χ2 适合性检验分析抗性遗传规律,以选育抗白粉病密本南瓜新品种,解决生产中南瓜白粉病危害问题。结果表明:正反交F1代的病情指数均接近感病亲本“810”,而明显高于抗病亲本“806”;正反交F2代的抗感比例分别为1∶2.73和1∶2.72,χ2检验均达显著水平,据此推定密本南瓜白粉病抗性符合单基因控制的隐性遗传规律。
- Abstract:
- The experiment was implemented in Vegetable Research Institute of Guangxi Academy of Agriculture Sciences in October 2012.Taking the resistant and susceptible parent of inbred line of ‘806’ and ‘810’as materials,which identified by natural field and artificial inoculation identification,both of parents were crossed and seeds of the filial were produced,then powdery mildew on each plant in reciprocal F1 and F2was investigated finally the data was subjected to Chi square analysis for heterogeneity.The results showed that the disease index (DI) of reciprocal F1was close to DI of ‘810’,but higher than ‘806’;the segregation ration of reciprocal F2 were 1∶2.73 and 1∶2.72 respectively,and both reached significance level.It was presumed that the inheritance of powdery mildew for Miben pumpkin was conferred by a single recessive gene.
