- 摘要:以川西獐牙菜的茎尖和茎节为外植体,研究了不同激素配比对其丛生芽诱导和生根培养的影响,以期建立川西獐牙菜的快速繁殖技术。结果表明:茎尖为川西獐牙菜丛生芽诱导的适宜外植体;芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6BA,在该培养基上,丛生芽诱导率为96.1%,且每个外植体平均产生6.1个丛生芽;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+0.50 mg/L IAA,此时生根率可达83.7%,且每个苗平均形成11.4条根。
- Abstract:
- Taking the shoot tip and nodal segment of Swertia mussotii Franch as materials,the effect of different concentrations of hormones on multiple shoot induction and rooting were studied,in order to establish the rapid propagation of Swertia mussotii Franch.The results showed that shoot tip was the optimum explants.The best medium for multiple shoot induction was MS+2.0 mg/L 6BA,with induction rate of multiple shoot 96.1%,and 6.1 shoots per explants.The optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS+0.50 mg/L IAA,with rooting rate 83.7%,and 11.4 roots per shoot.
