- 以多年生野生地被植物链荚豆、地稔和犁头草为试材,研究了不同基质对链荚豆、地稔扦插繁殖生根的影响,以及不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)浸种对犁头草种子萌发情况的影响,以期建立3种新优野生地被植物适宜的繁殖方法,为其引种栽培及推广应用提供有效的指导依据。结果表明:链荚豆在沙∶黄泥为1∶1混合的基质中生根效果较好,可达99.0%;而地稔则在纯沙基质中生根率较高,且插穗粘裹生根粉生根状况优于粘裹黄泥;赤霉素可有效提高犁头草种子的发芽率,当浸种浓度达到500mg/L时,其发芽率最高可达89.0%。
- Abstract:
- Taking perennial wild ground cover plants of Alysicarpus vaginalis (L.) DC.,Melastoma dodecandrum Lour,and Viola inconspicua Bl. as materials.The effect of different substrates on cutting propagation of Alysicarpus vaginalis and Melastoma dodecandrum were investigated,and the effect of different concentrations of GA3 on seed germination of Viola inconspicua were studied.In order to provide effective guidance for development and application of three new good wild ground cover plants.The results showed that Alysicarpus vaginalis was suitable to be propagated by using the cuttings in the mixed substrate that the ratio of the sand and soil was 50% respectively;the rooting rate reached 99.0%.The rooting effect of Melastoma dodecandrum was the best in the substrate of pure sand.And the rooting effect using the cuttings with the rooting power was better than with the yellow mud.GA3 could improve the seed germination of Viola inconspicua.Thegermination rate reached 89% with the concentration of GA3 of 500 mg/L to treat the seed.
