- 以菊科苦苣菜50%乙醇提取物为试材,研究了其对草莓采后保鲜中呼吸强度、维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、细胞质膜透性及草莓腐烂情况的影响。结果表明:10 mg/mL提取物能降低草莓果实呼吸强度,减缓其维生素C的氧化速度,减慢其可溶性固形物的分解速度,对其细胞质膜透性增加有延缓作用;腐烂情况观测表明,苦苣菜提取物处理可减轻草莓果实腐烂生菌程度,使果实保持较新鲜完好的外观。
- Abstract:
- With 50% ethanol extracts of Sonchus oleraceus as material,the influence of extracts on respiration intensity,VC content,soluble solid,cytoplasmic membrane permeability and rotling rate of postharvested strawberry were observed.The results showed that 10 mg/mL extracts reduced the respiration of strawberry fruit relatively,slowed down the oxidation rate of vitamin C and the degradation of soluble solid content,retarded the sytoplasmic membrane permeebility.Rotten degree evaluation showed that the strawberry treated with Sonchus oleraceus extracts had a better fresh keeping effect.
