- 在陕西杨凌,以关中地区主栽鲜食葡萄品种“户太八号”为试材,研究比较了温室栽培和露地栽培2种模式下葡萄果实外观品质、理化性状及感官特性的差异;同时,研究了不同栽培模式下葡萄果实结构与耐贮性的关系。结果表明:在关中地区,温室栽培模式下“户太八号”果实品质优于露地栽培模式;从果实结构角度进行分析,“户太八号”的果实耐拉力大小与果柄粗细、果蒂大小以及果刷面积呈正相关;与露地栽培模式相比,温室栽培模式下的“户太八号”耐贮性更强。
- Abstract:
- In the present study,grape appearance,physical and chemical properties,and sensory characteristics of dominate table grape cultivar ‘Hutai No.8’under greenhouse cultivation and open cultivation were compared in Yangling district of Shaanxi Province.Meanwhile,the relationship between fruit structure and storability was investigated under two cultivation models.The results showed that the grape quantity of ‘Hutai No.8’ under greenhouse cultivation was higher than that under open cultivation in Guanzhong region.Considering to fruit structure,the maxium pulling force of carpopodium was positively correlated to the diameter of carpopodium,diameter of pedicel and area of fruit brush.The storability of ‘Hutai No.8’ under greenhouse cultivation was better compared to open cultivation.
