- 以藏药绿萝花为试材,以乙醇为提取剂,采用回流提取法,按正交实验设计,研究了绿萝花中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。结果表明:影响绿萝花中总黄酮提取的因素大小依次为:料液比>提取时间>乙醇浓度,最优的提取工艺是料液比为1∶12,提取时间90 min,乙醇浓度75%,绿萝花中总黄酮含量达0.976%。
- Abstract:
- Taking Scindapsus aureus (Linden ex Andre) Engl as material and ethanol as extraction agent,the best extracting process of flavonoids from Scindapsus aureus (Linden ex Andre) Engl were studied by ethanol refluxing extraction method based on orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the power of the three factors influencing the flavonoid extraction from Scindepus aureus were liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,ethanol concentration.In the optimal extraction process,the liquid-solid ratio was 1∶12,extraction time was 90 min and ethanol concentration was 75%.Under these conditions,the flavonoid content in Scindepus aureus could reach 0.976%.
