- 以西瓜品种“京欣4号”为试材,用浓度为200 mg/L的LaCl3溶液处理三叶一心时期的西瓜幼苗,然后置于低温(昼12℃/夜6℃)、亚低温(昼18℃/夜10℃)和常温(昼30℃/夜20℃)条件下培养,5 d后测定西瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,以研究镧(Lanthanum)对西瓜(Citrullus lanatus)幼苗耐冷性的影响。结果表明:在低温和亚低温条件下,镧能提高西瓜幼苗叶片中叶绿素、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量及SOD、POD和CAT的活性、减少MDA的积累,提高西瓜的耐冷性。
- Abstract:
- A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of lanthanum on the cold tolerance of watermelon(Citrullus lanatus cv.‘Jingxin 4’) seedlings.Watermelon seedlings with 3 leaves were treated with 200 mg/L of LaCl3 and then exposed at low temperature(day 12℃/night 6℃),sub-hypothermia (day 18℃/night 10℃) and normal temperature (day 30℃/night 20℃) conditions training,and then contents of chlorophyll,proline,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activity in leaves of watermelon seedlings were determined in five days later.The results showed that lanthanum could improve the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,proline and the activity of SOD,POD,CAT,reduce the accumulation of MDA of watermelon seedlings in the low temperature and sub-hypothermia conditions.It was concluded that lanthanum with certain concentration could improve the cold tolerance of watermelon seedlings.
