- 以多花相思组培苗为试材,研究了不同生根培养基组合、不同光自氧微繁殖培养环境组合、光自氧微繁殖不同培养液组合对多花相思生根率的影响;并在此基础上以组培生根培养为对照,比较分析了传统组培技术与光自养微繁殖技术对多花相思组培苗生根幼苗的影响。结果表明:光自养微繁殖技术是适合多花相思生根培养较佳途径,生根率达92.10%,生根苗移栽成活率达87.35%。
- Abstract:
- Taking tissue culture seedlings of A.floribunda as material,the effect of different radication culture medium,different photoautotrophic micropropagation culture condition and cultivate liquid on rooting of A.floribunda were studied,on the basis of that,photoautotrophic micropropagation was compared with traditional tissue culture to study the effect on the tissue culture seedlings.The results showed that photoautotrophic micropropagation technology was suitable for A.floribunda,and the rooting rate reached 92.10%,with root seedlings transplanting survival was compared 87.35%.
