- 以硬叶兰健壮组培苗为试材,研究不同基质对硬叶兰组培苗成活率及生长的影响。结果表明:假植15 d棕榈树皮+樟树皮+兰石处理的成活率最高,为81%,木屑+草木灰+兰石处理的成活率为72%,植物残根+草木灰+兰石处理的成活率为75%,泥土+兰石处理假植15 d后成活率为0;假植45 d后棕榈树皮+樟树皮+兰石处理的株高、叶长、叶宽和茎粗均高于其它处理。
- Abstract:
- The tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium bicolor Lindl were used as material,effects of different mediums on the survival rate and growth of tissue culture seedlings of Cymbidium bicolor Lindl during stemporary planting period were studied in this experiment.The results showed that after stemporary planting 15 days,the medium with palm bark+camphor bark+portland stone had the highest survival rate with 81%,the survival rate of the medium with sawdust+plant ash+portland stone and the medium with plant dead roots+plant ash+portland stone was 72% and 75% respectively,while the medium with soil+portland stone was zero.The height,leaves length,leaves width and stem diameter were higher than other mediums after stemporary planting 45 days.
