- 在8 h和17 h光照周期条件下分别研究了新铁炮百合叶片还原糖含量的变化。结果表明:新铁炮百合叶片还原糖含量的指标在2种不同光照长度处理下呈现不同的变化规律;新铁炮百合上、中部叶片还原糖含量的变化与顶芽分化的发生存在着对应关系。
- Abstract:
- The change of reducing sugar content in leaves of Lilium formolongi under 8 h and 17 h light length condition were studied. The results showed that the fluctuation of reducing sugar content of the leaves were different with each other in two groups which were exposed at two kinds of light length respectively. The changing of reducing sugar content in the upper and middle part leaves had correspondence with the occurrence of floral bud differentiation of Lilium formolongi.
