- 结缕草种子在自然贮藏过程中,其寿命迅速下降,对其贸易流通产生了极其严重的影响。以结缕草种子为试材,采用一系列不同水分梯度的结缕草种子,利用标准方法(高温烘干法)、校正重量测定法,研究重量测定法对结缕草种子平衡水分的影响。结果表明:用高温烘干法校正重量测定法,测定结缕草种子水分变化,得到重量测定法的校正方程为:y=0.973x-0.033,相关系数R2为0.998,通过建立此方程,能够快速通过重量测定法估测出含水量在8.0%~21.5%范围内结缕草种子含水量,并且不破坏种子样品。
- Abstract:
- Zoysia japonica seeds during storage under natural,its life was rapidly decreased,the flow of trade to produce extremely serious effect.With the seeds of Zoysia japonica as test material,a series of different water gradients of Zoysia japonica seeds were used,the standard method (high temperature drying method) corrected gravimetric method for determination of high temperature over drying method correcting weight determination of gravimetric method were adopted,Zoysia japonicaseed moisture balance effect were studied.The results showed that high temperature drying method correcting weight determination,determination of Zoysia japonica seed moisture change,get the gravimetric method for determination of the correction equation was y=0.973x-0.033,R2=0.998,through the establishment of this equation,could quickly by gravimetric method estimating the water content in the range of 8.0%~21.5% Zoysia japonica seed moisture content,and did not damage the seed samples.
