- 利用SSR技术对吉林省抚松地区的78份人参样品进行了亲缘关系分析研究。结果表明:同一地区的人参种质资源也存在较大差异,这一差异主要是由其遗传因素决定的;25对引物共扩增227条带条,其中多态性的条带206条,多态性90.75%。
- Abstract:
- Genetic relationship in 78 materials of ginseng which came from Jilin Fusong were measured by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with SSR marker.The results showed that 227 alleles and 206 polymorphic were amplified by using 25 pairs of primers,and polymorphic percentage of amplified was 90.75%;there actually existed much genetic diversity at the same area of ginseng germplasm resources,the differences between the tested ginseng varietal types were related to the genetic factors.
