- 采用单因素和正交实验方法,从萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、夹带剂用量4个因素上对超临界CO2萃取技术萃取马齿苋中总黄酮进行了研究。结果表明:最佳萃取工艺条件为:压力为30MPa,温度为45℃,时间为2h,夹带剂用量4.0mL/g可使马齿苋中黄酮萃取率达到8.55%;影响萃取率的各因素大小顺序为:压力>夹带剂用量>温度>时间。
- Abstract:
- Bysinglefactorandorthogonalexperiment,thesupercriticalCO2technologywasusedtoextractflavonidsfromPortulacaoleraceaL.Theeffectsofpressure,temperature,timeanddosageofchemicalpreparationonextractabilitiesofflavonewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthebestcraftconditionswere:extractiontressure30MPa,extractiontemperature45℃,extractiontime2.0h,dosageofchemicalpreparation4.0mL/g,andtheextractionratewas8.55%.Thesuccessiveorderofdifferenteffectfactorswasextractionpressure>dosageofchemicalpreparation>extractiontemperature>extractiontime.
