利用气相色谱法检测绿色蔬菜黄瓜中十四种有机磷农药残留

- 选用安捷伦7890A-FPD,DB-1701(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)毛细管色谱柱分离,样品用乙腈提取,氮吹水浴浓缩温度为70℃,建立了14种有机磷农药在绿色食品蔬菜黄瓜中的残留分析方法。结果表明:14种农药在0.01~1.0mg/kg范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9978~0.9998,在23min内能够完全分离;14种有机磷农药的回收率均在65%~120%范围内,其相对标准偏差均低于5%,以3倍信噪比计算出的检出限均低于日本肯定列表限量要求。该方法适用于绿色食品蔬菜中14种有机磷农残的同时检测。

- SelectedAgilent7890A-FPD,DB-1701(30m×0.25mm×0.25um)capillarycolumn,extractedwithacetonitrile,concentrationtemperaturewas70℃withnitrogenblow.Ananalyticalmethodforthedeterminationoforganphosphorusincucumberofgreenvegetablesbyusinggaschromatographywasestablished.Theresultsshowedthatthe14organphosphorus’slinearityweregood,theircorrelationcoefficientwerefrom0.9978to0.9998inrange0.01~1.0mg/kgandtheycouldbeseparatedwithinthe23min;Atthesametimethatthe14organphosphorus’srecoverywerefrom65%to120%,andRSD%lessthan5%,detectionlimitlessthanlimitsofJapanesePositiveListSystem.Theconclusionwasthatthismethodwassuitablefordetecting14organphosphorusincucumberofgreenvegetablesatthesametime.
