- 以灰枣、骏枣的幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究了不同有机添加物对红枣组培继代增殖的影响。结果表明:外植体灭菌采用酒精处理20s、升汞处理10min,茎段污染率低,平均出芽数比较高;灰枣初代培养基:MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,骏枣初代培养基:MS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;灰枣继代培养基:MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L,骏枣继代培养基:MS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;最适有机添加物为水解酪蛋白,在灰枣和骏枣的继代培养中的添加浓度分别为400mg/L和500mg/L。

- Usingsoftstemsof‘Huizao’jujubeand‘Junzao’jujubeasexplants,theeffectsoftissueculturemulitiplicationonjujubewithdifferentorganicadditivewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatthetreatingbyalcoholmercuricchloridefor20sand10min,theeffectofexplantsterilizationwasbetter,thepollutionpercentofjujubastemsegmentswaslowandtheaveragebuddingratewashigher.Theprimarymediafor‘Huizao’jujubewereMS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/Landtheprimanymediafor‘Junzao’jujubewereMS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;Thesubculturemediafor‘Huizaojujube’wereMS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.4mg/Landfor‘Junzao’jujubewereMS+6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L.Theproperorganicadditiveswashydrolyticcastein,whichadditiveconcentrationin‘Junzao’and‘Huiza’jujubewere400mg/Land500mg/L.
