- 在前期研究的基础上,对紫斑牡丹叶片的抗寒性指标在自然降温过程中的变化进行观察和比较分析。结果表明:紫斑牡丹叶片的表皮厚度、角质膜厚度、叶脉突起度、叶片组织结构紧密度与抗寒性呈正相关,叶片组织结构疏松度、气孔密度与抗寒性呈负相关,其中表皮厚度,叶片结构紧密度和疏松度随温度的降低会发生变化,以主动适应低温环境,而角质膜厚度、叶脉突起度、气孔密度与温度变化无明显关联,其抗寒性的差异主要体现在品种之间的不同。
- Abstract:
- Onthebasisoftheearlierresearch,observationandcomparativeanalysishadbeencarriedoutonthechangingprocessofthecoldresistanceindexesoftheleavesofthepaeoniaastemperaturefell.Theresultsshowedthatepidermalthickness,hornymembranethickness,veinsprotrudingdegree(VPD)andleafstructureoftightness(CTRvalue)oftheleaveswerepositivelyassociatedwiththecoldresistance,whileleafstructureofosteoporosisandstomataldensitywerenegativeassociated.Theepidermalthickness,leafstructureoftightnessandosteoporosiswouldchangetoadapttoalowtemperatureenvironment.Therestpartsmentionedabovehadnoobviousrelationswiththechangingofthetemperature.Thecoldresistanceindexesmainlydifferedinbreeds.
