- 黄瓜靶斑病是近年来张家口地区黄瓜温室中新发生的病害,严重影响黄瓜的产量和品质。依据柯赫氏法则对该地区黄瓜靶斑病菌进行分离鉴定。结果表明:该菌属于半知菌亚门棒孢菌;抑制效果最好的是腐霉?福美双,抑制率为100%;其次是氟环唑和凯润,抑制率76.4%~85.6%;抑制效果最差的为普力克,抑制率为0。
- Abstract:
- Corynespora cassiicola of cucumber is one of the most serious constraints affecting its production and quality in Zhangjiakou cucumber greenhouse.Fungal pathogen was isolated and idenfied from Corynespora cassiicola of cucumber based on Koch’s rule.Pathogen belongs to Corynespora of deuteromycotina hyphomycete.The results of fungicide screening showed that the effect of Fumei?fumeishuang was the best with control effect of 100%.The next was Fuhuancuo and Kairun with control effect between 76.4% and 85.6%.Pulike was the worst with control effect of 0.
