- 在总结商丘市食用菌产业发展历史及现状的同时,阐述了商丘市发展食用菌产业的自然优势、原材料优势、劳动力和市场优势,并在此基础上综合分析了商丘食用菌产业中所面临的品种单一、菌种混乱、生产技术落后、规模化企业少等突出问题;同时对商丘市食用菌产业规模化生产提出了对策及建议。
- Abstract:
- Advantages of natural resources,raw material,labor and market in edible fungi development of Shangqiu were illustrated in this paper with summary of history and present of development of edible fungi industry at the same time.Problems such as lack of variety diversity,variety nonuniformity,outdated production techniques and lack of large-scale enterprises were also analyzed on that regard.Meanwhile,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
