- 以四翅滨藜、大洋洲滨藜为试材,研究不同浓度NaHCO3胁迫下2种滨藜叶解剖结构的变化。结果表明:随着碱浓度的增大,2种滨藜叶片的表皮被覆物厚度、表皮厚度和晶体数目有明显的变化,2种滨藜叶片表皮被覆物厚度、表皮厚度和晶体数目在低浓度150 mmol/L NaHCO3胁迫处理下相对于CK有增加趋势,差异显著,从300 mmol/L的NaHCO3胁迫处理开始,2种滨藜表皮被覆物厚度和晶体数目相对于150 mmol/L有了明显减少趋势,差异显著,说明2种滨藜是通过改变其结构来适应碱胁迫。
- Abstract:
- The leaf anatomical structure of Atriplex nummularia and Atriplex canescens were investigated by analyzing tectum of epidermis thickness,thickness of the epidermis and the number of crystals under different concentrations of NaHCO3stress.The results showed that the increased epidermis covering thickness,thickness of the epidermis and the number of crystals in both Atriplex leaves was observed under 150 mmol/L NaHCO3stress,with the NaHCO3concentration increasing(300~450 mmol/L),epidermis covering thickness,thickness of the epidermis and the number of crystals decreased compared to CK,respectively.Both Atriplex nummularia and Atriplex canescens were able to adapt to alakali stress through its structure change.
