- 以“将军”和“太空将军”2个近似的菜豆品种为试材,利用SSR引物进行品种鉴定,以筛选分析品种鉴定所需要的引物,为菜豆种质资源的保存、品种的纯度鉴别提供理论依据。通过对65对SSR引物进行筛选,筛选出3对作为鉴定上述品种的特异性引物。结果表明:利用PM1040、PM1050、PM1065 3对SSR引物可以对上述2个品种的随机或混合样品进行快速、准确的品种鉴定。
- Abstract:
- In order to determine the number of SSR primers that used in the identification of varieties of Phaseolus vulgaris L.cultivars,taking two cultivars of ‘Jiangjun’ and ‘Taikongjiangjun’ as the materials by SSR markers were studied.In total of 65 SSR primers distributing on two cultivars were used,three of them showed specific.The results indicated that PM1040,PM1050,PM1065 would be sufficient for assessing cultivar variety identification.
