- 采用BP3400精密天平等仪器研究了水分胁迫对醉鱼草、天目琼花、红王子锦带、碧桃4个北方常见花灌木耗水速率及观赏性的影响。结果表明:花灌木蒸腾耗水呈现明显的日变化规律,耗水以白天为主,且最大耗水速率均出现在10:00~14:00时内,最大耗水速率与白天平均耗水速率的比值在1.74~1.76间波动。随着水分胁迫的加重苗木耗水速率有不同程度下降。当受到严重水分胁迫时,醉鱼草、天目琼花、红王子锦带和碧桃白天平均耗水速率均比水分充足条件下下降96.6%、82.2%、88.9%和95.8%。另外,水分胁迫对4种花灌木的苗木观赏性影响也有所不同。轻度水分胁迫时,天目琼花观赏性几乎未受到影响,而醉鱼草和碧桃出现叶色发黄或部分落叶现象,中度和重度水分胁迫下4种花灌木都出现变色、卷曲和脱落等影响观赏性的现象,碧桃尤为严重,而天目琼花表现较轻。
- Abstract:
- Using BP3400 Precision Balance etc.,water consumption rates and ornamental of Buddleja lindleyana,Viburnum sargentii,Weigela florida ‘Red Prince’ and Amygdalus persica f.duplex four main flowering shrubs in North China were studied.The results showed that diurnal variation curves of water consumption of four flowering shrubs were unimodal,and the daily highest water consumption rate of seedlings was in 10:00~14:00 in normal water supply,the ratio of daytime highest water consumption rate and daytime average water-consumption rate changed between 1.74 and 1.76.The water consumption of the seedlings decreased differently under different drought stress,and the daytime average water consumption rates of in serious drought stress decreased 96.6%,82.2%,88.9% and 95.8% respectively of those under normal water condition.In addition,ornamental of flowering shrubs had little changed under light water stress,for instance,B.lindleyana and A.persica f.duplex had been yellowing or falling.Four shrubs had been yellowing,curling and falling under moderate and serious stress,and A.persica f.duplex was the most serious,V.sargentii was the most light.
