- 采用微波消解和火焰原子吸收光谱法对汉中市4个县区5份银杏叶片样品中的Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的含量进行测定。结果表明:5个银杏叶片样品中4种微量元素含量(μg/g)依次分别是陕西理工学院校园Fe 3657、Mn 243、Zn 136、Cu 87;汉台区Fe 2831、Mn 207、Zn 102、Cu 94;城固县Fe 3950、Mn 305、Zn 193、Cu 180;南郑县Fe 1944、Mn 250、Zn 130、Cu 77;勉县Fe 2144、Mn 270、Zn 121、Cu 84;检出限(μg/mL)Fe 0015、Mn 0019、Zn 00062、Cu 0006;回收率92%~110%。同一银杏叶片样品中各元素含量Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu,其中城固县样品中各微量元素的含量普遍较高。
- Abstract:
- The content of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in Ginkgo leaves were determined by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry.In this experiment,the content of four microelements including Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu(μg/g) was 3657,243,136,87 respectively in the sample collected from campus of Shaanxi University of Technology; 2831,207,102,94 respectively in Hantai;3950,305,193,180 respectively in Chenggu;1944,250,130,77 respectively in Nanzheng and 1944,270,121,84 respectively in Mianxian;the limit of determination was Fe 0015,Mn 0019,Zn 00062 and Cu 0006 μg/mL;the rate of recovery was 92%~110%.The content of four elements was Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu in the same samples, and the content was higher in Chenggu than others.
