- 研究日本红叶小檗红色素在不同条件下对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:日本红叶小檗红色素对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌均有抑制作用,但该色素对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌性最强,而对枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌性次之,且色素浓度越大抑菌性越强。Ca2+.、Fe2+.可使日本红叶小檗红色素的抑菌性增强,其中Fe2+.的促进作用最大,而Na+、K+可使该色素的抑菌性有所减弱;分别加入葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖不会使日本红叶小檗红色素的抑菌性产生差异,但糖类可使该色素对大肠杆菌的抑菌性有所加强,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌性明显减弱,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性没有影响。
- Abstract:
- Kinds,objects and degree of harm of sapping pests of garden trees in Shenyang were researched. The results showed that 23 specimens collected were divided into 1 orders,and 10 families.The harm feature and control of sapping pests of garden trees were analyzed.
