海州常山嫩枝扦插育苗试验

- 摘要:
- 在塑料荫棚中,以海州常山嫩枝为试材,用河沙、蛭石、珍珠岩、沙壤土做基质,用ABT1号、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸各浓度处理插穗后进行扦插育苗试验。结果表明:ABT1号100 mg/kg.浓度提高插穗生根率效果最好,生根率达94.4%,比对照提高77.7%;蛭石基质的嫩枝扦插生根率最高,育苗效果最好。
