Abstract:
Taking Auricularia auricularia ‘89-1’ as the test material,the growth and growth rate of mycelium were measured by adding FA,NAA,6-BA,GA and IAA in different media under high temperature stress of 40 ℃.The effects of 5 kinds of plant growth regulators on mycelial growth and microscopic structure of Auricularia auricularia were studied,in order to provide reference for breeding and production practice of Auricularia auricularia varieties.The results showed that different plant growth regulators had certain effects on mycelial growth and growth rate.Among them,medium adding GA could promote the mycelial growth of Auricularia auricularia under culture environment of 25 ℃ and 40 ℃.When the concentration ratio of GA was 15×10-7 mg·mL-1,the repair effect of mycelium of Auricularia auricularia after high temperature stress was the best.
