Abstract:
Taking 26 strains of Oudemansiella raphanipies as test materials,and the plate confrontation culture method was employed to investigate the effects of Trichoderma spp.on the growth of O.raphanipies,aiming to screen excellent O.raphanipies strains with superior Trichoderma spp.resistance,in order to provide a reference for its cultivation.The results showed that there were significant intraspecific differences in the growth vigor among the 26 tested O.raphanipies strains.Among them,strains 3,4,5,6,10,12,13,14,15,16,20,22,24,25,26,27,and 28 exhibited neat colony morphology,dense and robust mycelia,and strong growth vigor;strains 4,15,and 24 constituted the group with the fastest growth rate.One dominant contaminating Trichoderma spp.strain in O.raphanipies cultivation was successfully isolated and identified from the contaminated fungus sticks,which was identified as Trichoderma harzianum and designated as LV1.The results of plate confrontation culture indicated that there were significant differences in the resistance of different O.raphanipies strains to LV1,among which strains 3,5,6,9,13 and 14 showed excellent resistance to LV1 and were identified as highly resistant strains.The O.raphanipies strains with high Trichoderma spp.resistance screened in this study can be directly applied to the large-scale cultivation of O.raphanipies,which provides high-quality strain resources and technical support for effectively solving the problem of Trichoderma spp.contamination in production practice.
