Abstract:
Taking the Stropharia rugosoannulata ‘DQ8’ as the test material,a two factor split zone experimental design was adopted,and local conventional cultivation (CK:material thickness of 18 cm,seeding amount of 500 g·m-2) was used as the control to study the interaction between cultivation material thickness (A1:15 cm,A2:21 cm) and seeding amount (B1:400 g·m-2,B2:600 g·m-2,B3:700 g·m-2) on its growth and development,yield,and quality,in order to provide a reference for the high-quality cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulate in the Hexi region of Gansu Province.The results showed that the thickness of cultivation materials,seeding rate,and their interaction had significant effects on the mycelial growth,fruiting body development,yield,and quality of Stropharia rugosoannulata (P<0.05).The A2B2 treatment showed the best performance,with a shortened mycelial filling time of 3.2 days compared to the CK,and 2.1 days and 2.8 days earlier emergence and harvesting periods,respectively.The diameter of the fruiting body cap,cap thickness,stem diameter,and fresh weight of a single mushroom reached 5.02 cm,2.08 cm,1.92 cm,and 50.32 g,respectively,which was superior to other treatments;The fresh mushroom yield reached 11.26 kg·m-2,with a biotransformation rate of 38.52%,which was 12.71% and 14.92% higher than the CK,respectively;In terms of quality,the processed fruiting body had a crude protein content of 28.65%,a crude polysaccharide content of 8.23%,a crude fat content of 2.35%,a crude fiber content of 8.52%,and a total amino acid content of 17.02%,which were 4.79%,5.92%,6.82%,-2.52%,and 3.84% higher than the CK,respectively.According to comprehensive analysis,the combination of a 21 cm thickness of cultivation material and a seeding rate of 600 g·m-2 was an optimal technical solution for the efficient and high-quality cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata in the Hexi region of Gansu Province.
