Abstract:
Taking wild morel samples as test materials,Multigene molecular phylogenetics combined with internal transcribed spacer (ITS),translation elongation factor1-alpha( EF1-α),RNA polymerase Ⅱ subunit 1/2(RPB1/RPB2) were used to determine the taxonomic status of the strains.,in order to provide references for enrich cultivable morel germplasm resources in Xinjiang and clarifies the key technical points for morel cultivation under protected facilities.The results showed that all five isolates belonged to the elata clade.Specifically,four strains were further identified as Morchella sextelata,and one as Morchella importuna.Among these strains,M6 demonstrated strong mycelial activity,high basidiospore differentiation,early fruiting,and excellent environmental adaptability,it could be used as a good material for breeding new varieties of morel.
