Abstract:
Taking Morchella sextelata as the test material,different treatments were adopted,including different conventional nutrient bag densities (4,6 and 8 bags·m-2) and different nutrient bag formulations (with pear sawdust proportions of 30% and 15%).The effects of different nutrient bag treatments on the intrinsic quality of M.sextelata,such as total amino acids,proteins,carbohydrates,phenols,and mineral elements,were studied.Meanwhile,metabolomics was used to identify key quality components,in order to provide reference for the stable and efficient production of the Morchella-orchard intercropping system.The results showed that the quality of M.sextelata was more stable under the density of 6 bags·m-2.In addition,the content of total protein,calcium,and boron in M.sextelata cultivated with nutrient bags containing 15% pear sawdust was the highest.Metabolomic analysis further revealed that compared with conventional cultivation,the content of 10 amino acids,2 organic acids,and 3 phenolic acids in the fruiting bodies of M.sextelata cultivated with nutrient bags rich in pear sawdust increased significantly.Furthermore,after cultivation with nutrient bags containing pear sawdust,the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil increased significantly.These findings indicate that optimizing nutrient bag density and adding pear sawdust can improve the quality of M.sextelata,thereby enhancing the cultivation feasibility of the orchard-Morchella intercropping system.
