Abstract:
Taking tomato ‘Ailsa Craig’ as the test material,and NaCl stress treatment was started at the flowering stage,and four concentrations of 0,25,50 mmol·L-1 and 100 mmol·L-1 were set (marked as CK,T1,T2,T3).The effects of different concentrations of NaCl on tomato growth and development,photosynthetic characteristics,antioxidant enzyme activity,fruit quality and yield were studied,in order to provide reference for tomato cultivation with high quality.The results showed that NaCl treatment reduced plant height and had no significant effect on stem diameter.Leaf photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthetic parameters Pn, Gs,Tr,Fv/Fm decreased gradually,qP had no significant difference among different treatments,but Ci and NPQ increased gradually.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT were the highest and the content of H2O2 was the lowest at 50 mmol·L-1.With the increase of NaCl concentration,the appearance quality and nutritional quality indexes of tomato showed a gradual increase trend,while the yield gradually decreased.Considering yield and quality comprehensively,it was recommended to use mild salt stress (50 mmol·L-1) salt treatment on ‘Ailsa Craig’ tomato to achieve better quality improvement.
