Abstract:
Taking ‘Longjiao 37-94’ peppers as the test materials,a two-factor completely randomized design experiment was conducted to study the effects of water and nitrogen regulation on nitrogen metabolism enzyme activities and yield and quality of peppers at different growth stages,in order to provide reference for reasonable water and nitrogen transport in greenhouse peppers production in cold and arid zones.The results showed that with the W2N2 water and nitrogen dosage treatment,the NR,NiR,GS and GOGAT activities were the strongest in the early,middle and late stages of the growth of peppers,and the plants maintained strong growth and fruiting potential,and the yield of peppers could reach up to 68.33 t·hm-2,and the quality of fruits was significantly better than that of the other treatments.The reasonable water and nitrogen management could enhance the activity of nitrogen metabolism enzymes and improve the yield and quality of peppers.
