Abstract:
‘Zhengyanmoyue’ is bred through ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) chemical mutation and systematic selection with ‘Chiyu’ as parent strain.It is a midlate maturiting cultivar with the growth period of 260-280 days.The plant has 9-10 functional leaves of yellowgreen color,that shows without wax powder.The bulb of mulberry skin is nearly round shaped.The average weight of single bulb is 245 g,and the yield per 667 m2 is about 5 608 kg.The variety shows high disease resistance to the downy mildew and purple spot.It is suitable to be grown in Henan,Shandong,Jiangsu Province and other major producing areas.
