Auricularia is one of the traditional edible fungi in China，and also one of the main cash crops in China.However，with the development of social economy and the intensification of market competition，the Auricularia industry in Baishan city are facing many problems.This study mainly discussed the problems existing in the present situation of Baishan city Auricularia industry development，including single industrial structure，processing process was not scientific，narrow sales channels，and put forward optimization of industrial structure，strengthen the application of science and technology，the introduction of professional planting talents，establish standard system the countermeasures etc.，to promote the sustainable development of Baishan city fungus industry.
