Abstract:
Twenty-nine apricot germplasm resources were used as test materials,twenty-three qualitative traits and six quantitative traits of fruit were analyzed and evaluated,in order to provide reference for deeply understand the genetic diversity of apricot germplasm resources in cold regions,screen and excavate and efficiently utilize apricot resources.The results showed that the variation coefficients of fruit firmness and single fruit weight were 68.35% and 40.32%,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between single fruit weight and nuclear fresh weight.〖JP2〗The Shannon-Weaver index of quality traits was 0.273 2-1.673 1,the diversity index of fruit shape was the highest,which was 1.673 1,and the diversity indexes of flavor and fruit color were 1.204 9 and 1.191 9,respectively,indicating that the phenotypic diversity of apricot resources was abundant.Principal component analysis showed that the first 8 principal components could represent most of the information of 23 descriptive characters,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.789%.Six excellent fresh apricot resources were selected:‘Danish Yellow Apricot’‘Shuangshan Apricot’‘Huadian Apricot’‘White Apricot 1’‘Jiutai Late Apricot’ and ‘Huadian Red Qpricot’.
