Abstract:
Taking annual Salvia viridis,Salvia farinaceae,Salvia coccina,and Salvia nemorosa L.seedlings as test materials,the relative water content,total chlorophyll (a+b) content,malondialdehyde (MDA) content,and superoxide dismutase (SOD) content of leaves under specific conditions were studied by using a slow drought method,in order to provide reference for the introduction,cultivation,and ecological adaptability of Salvia in Lanzhou.The results showed that the changes of drought-resistant physiological indexes of the four species of Salvia officinalis were not completely consistent,the relative water content and total chlorophyll content of leaves showed an overall decreasing trend;CAT activity showed an increasing trend;and the MDA content and SOD,POD activity showed a trend of rising and then decreasing.Using the fuzzy mathematical affiliation function method to evaluate the drought resistance of four species of Salvia officinalis,the order of drought resistance was as follows Salvia viridis>Salvia coccinea>Salvia farinacea>Salvia nemorosa L.
