Abstract:
Sediment from Shahe River in Zaoyang was taken as the research object.Polyacrylamide (PAM)+polyaluminum chloride (PAC),fly ash, commercially available traditional silt modifier, and selfdeveloped low alkaline silt consolidation agent were used to regulate river silt. The soil pH,porosity, water retention and soil fertility indexes of different treatments were compared.Growth of ryegrass the sediment conditioned by different multiple agents was compared by pot experiment, and the variation of soil bacterial diversity were analyzed in each treatment,in order to provide reference for sediment utilization. The results showed that the multiple conditioning agents such as PAM and PAC improved soil water retention and significantly increased soil CEC.The multiple conditioning agents with low alkalinity promoted the growth of ryegrass. The results showed that the effects of different multiple treatments on soil microbial diversity were significantly different.Soil pH was negatively correlated with the diversity of soil bacterial community, and the traditional curing agent had the greatest reduction, while the lowalkali curing agent had an improved effect on the diversity of soil bacterial community. This study showed that, the treatment of sediment with different multiple agents not only improved the fertility of the prepared green soil, but also changed the bacterial community structure of the prepared soil. The low alkalinity silt consolidation agent presented the highest with the highest abovEground biomass and the best soil diversity index. In brief, the modified agents with low alkalinity should be used to ensure the health of the prepared soil when the dehydrated sediment is used for landscaping.
