Abstract:
Taking two Hericium sp.friuting bodies collected from Xiaoxing′an Mountains in Heilongjiang Province，the excellent characteristics of wild strains were explored,through the germplasm separating and purifying，ITS sequencing，domestication cultivation and agronomic traits evaluation,which aimed to provide high-quality materials and reference for the breeding of improved srtains in production.The results showed that strains RT29 and RT30 belonged to the same genus as H.corallinaceus，and all had the genetic specificity.Compared with the control(strain RT24)，strain RT29 had the characteristics of high yield and high quality with faster growth rate，shorter gorthing period,larger fruiting body，better appearance and higher single bag yield，the biological efficiency reach more than 60%，while RT30 had slower growth rate，later fruiting，lower yield and biological efficiency.
