Abstract:
Peach (‘Carmine Crisp Peach’) was used as experimental material in the field experiment,and the different concentrations (0,10,20,30,40 mg · L-1) of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (DA-6) were sprayed on the leaves of peach trees at the second rapid expansion period of fruits,the effects of DA-6 on the quality of peach fruits were studied,in order to provide reference for improving peach fruit quality.The results showed that DA-6 treatment increased the single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter,and increased the fruit colors of L,b and C values,increased the contents of soluble solids,titratable acid,vitamin C and total soluble sugar,and also increased the contents of phosphorus,potassium,and iron.DA-6 at the concentration of 30 mg·L-1 was the best for above items.When the concentration of DA-6 was 30 mg·L-1,the single fruit weight,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,soluble solids content and total soluble sugar content were increased by 55.00%,16.15%,9.69%,23.91% and 17.64%,respectively,compared with the control.Therefore,DA-6 could improve the appearance quality and nutrient content of peach fruits.
