Abstract:
Carex breviculmis,Lolium multiflorum and Poa pratensis were used as experimental materials,the effects of different seeding rates (4,8,12 g·m-2) of Lolium multiflorum and Poa pratensis mixed with 10 g·m-2 of Carex breviculmis were studied by the method of direct seeding in greenhouse,in order to determine the suitable sowing amount of the two mixed with Carex breviculmis to produce turf.The results showed that the sowing rate of Lolium multiflorum increased from 4 g·m-2 to 12 g·m-2,and the indexes such as rolling time,coverage,uniformity and underground biomass of mixed sowing turf were significantly increased (P<0.05).When the sowing rate of Poa pratensis reached 8 g·m-2,there was no significant change in the indexes of mixed sowing turf except the proportion of tiller number of Carex breviculmis.Considering the comprehensive production cost,under the experimental conditions,the suitable sowing rates of two coldseason grasses mixed with Carex breviculmis were Carex breviculmis 10 g·m-2+Lolium multiflorum 12 g·m-2;Carex breviculmis 10 g·m-2+ Poa pratensis 8 g·m-2.
