Abstract:
Under the background of ‘double carbon’,agriculture,as an important part of carbon emissions,how to achieve sustainable development of green agriculture has become one of the hot circulation issues.Through the analysis of the advantages of green development of smart agriculture in Heilongjiang Province under the dual carbon target,the problems existing in smart agriculture in Heilongjiang Province at the present stage were explored,aiming at the high carbon emissions and serious resource waste in the agricultural system of Heilongjiang Province.Agricultural application of low permeability,wisdom agricultural policy was imperfect,lack of technical personnel,the informationization level was low,wisdom green agricultural development of Heilongjiang Province were studied,put forward to save resources,improved efficiency,improve the relevant laws and regulations as well as the countermeasures of improving the technical level,which guarantees the green development of the wisdom of Heilongjiang Province agriculture.
