Abstract:
The soil from Fenggang county,Guizhou Province for abandoned land,farmland,middle aged forest of Pinus massoniana,conifer-broadleaf forest,and Mature forest of Pinus massoniana of five land use types were used as test material.The effects of different land use patterns on soil physical and chemical properties and soil enzyme activities were studied by using the standard plot layout method,in order to provide reference for land use in Karst areas.The results showed that,1) there was significant differences in soil physical structure under different land use types (P<0.05).The total nitrogen,total phosphorus and alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen of farmland were significantly higher than those of other land use types (P<0.05).The organic matter content of conifer-broadleaf forest was significantly higher than that of other land use types.2) Soil cellulase,acid phosphatase and β-Glucosidase in Mature forest of Pinus massoniana were higher than other land use types.The soil invertase activity of conifer-broadleaf forest was significantly higher than other land use types (P<0.05).The activity of urease in Farmland was significantly higher than other land use types (P<0.05).3) Pearson correlation analysis showed that there as an extremely significant positive correlation between soil organic matter content and soil total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,total phosphorus,sucrase,acid phosphatase,urease,β-Glucosidase,polyphenol oxidase(P<0.01),indicating that the accumulation of organic matter content was helpful to improve soil structure and enzyme activity.
