Abstract:
Infected blue honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea L.) plants collected in Xiangfang district,Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,were used as test materials.The classification status of pathogen strain was determined by isolation and culture of pathogenic fungus,pathogenicity determination,morphological identification and rDNA-ITS,LSU,TUB and RPB2 sequence analysis,in order to provide an important source of pathogen strain for future effective chemical and biological control.The results showed
