Abstract:
Taking‘Pleurotus cornucopiae 1#’ as the experimental material,different carbon and nitrogen sources were used to make liquid culture medium to study the effects of different carbon and nitrogen source formulations on the biomass,diameter and density of mycelia of Pleurotus cornucopiae,and the carbon and nitrogen source formula for Pleurotus cornucopiae hypha culture of extracellular enzyme induction study,in order to provide reference for further optimized Pleurotus cornucopiae liquid bacteria culture.The results showed that the liquid strain of ‘Pleurotus cornucopiae 1#’ had the best performance in the medium with corn flour as carbon source and soybean meal as nitrogen source.The optimal formula DY was obtained by the two-factor saturate-D optimal design,corn flour 2.48 g,soybean meal 1 g,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3 g,magnesium sulfate 0.2 g,vitamin B1 2 mg,the mycelial biomass reached 1.70 g.The corn flour induced cellulase,polyphenol oxidase and laccase of liquid strains better in carbon source,and the peroxidase activity was highest when soluble starch was used as carbon source.Among the nitrogen sources,soybean meal medium had the highest inducing effect on cellulase,polyphenol oxidase and laccase,which was significantly different from other treatments.When peptone was used as nitrogen source,the peroxidase activity was the highest and the inducing effect was the strongest.
