Abstract:
The 20-year-old ‘Fuji’ apple trees were used as experimental materials,and the four experimental treatments (N-10%,N-20%,N-30% and N-40%) were applied with 8 kg per tree microbial fertilizer,traditional fertilization as control (CK).The effects of different amounts of chemical fertilizer combined with microbial fertilizer on the quality and photosynthetic characteristics of ‘Fuji’ apple were studied,in order to provide reference for fertilization of ‘Fuji’ Apple.The results showed that N-20% combined with 8 kg per tree microbial fertilizer was the best treatment,which increased the single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of ‘Fuji’ apple.Except titratable acid content decreased,soluble solids content,hardness and vitamin C content increased,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics were also increased,while chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Ft and Qy were decreased.Combined application of microbial fertiliazer could alleviate soil compaction and other problems caused by traditional fertilization,which was beneficial to plant growth,and improve apple quality and photosynthetic characteristics.The best fertilizer effect was N-20% with 8 kg per tree microbial fertilizer.
